Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within [5-7] days of receipt if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Certain items, such as [List Exclusions], are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is received.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method within [5-7] business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
